EV Charger in Belleville

Joel wanted an EV Charger installed in his townhouse in Belleville.  The Essex Park community does not allow any additions or alterations to the outside of the townhouse, so we installed the charger inside near the overhead garage door so that he can charge his EV while it’s parked in the driveway. The rubber strip on the bottom of the garage door creates a soft seal around the cord. 

A simple solution to what he thought would be a problem with owning an EV in a condo or townhouse association.
